Hello Friends!!

Thank you for connecting once a month with me! I feel that all living things are connected and it is important to honor and be grateful for all creatures BIG and tiny!! Although, I still do not know why we need mosquitos....hhummm.....I am sure there is a reason!!

I am establishing 'tiny habits' and 'stacking' one positive behavior on to another one...(habit association...works for the bad habits...why not the good ones??!! " Atomic Habits-by James Clear) and in doing so, I am allotting time to write more ...Tae Sung and I are currently on an adventure in the second book;

"Tae Sung 180 Degrees" ....and boy, what an emotional roller coaster it is proving to be!!
